Delete Account
FocusFlow does not require an account for core timer use. You can still contact support to request deletion of support records or account-linked data where applicable.
How to request deletion
- Email info@dotfakgroup.com from the email address associated with your FocusFlow purchase or support request, if applicable.
- Use the subject line "FocusFlow Data Deletion Request".
- Include your name, device platform, and the email address used for support or app access. Do not include sensitive personal details in the email.
- For local-only timer data, delete the app from your device to remove locally stored app data.
- We will verify the request and process deletion unless retention is required for legal, security, payment, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Retention notice
Some limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, payment reconciliation, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
