Delete Account

FocusFlow does not require an account for core timer use. You can still contact support to request deletion of support records or account-linked data where applicable.

How to request deletion

  1. Email info@dotfakgroup.com from the email address associated with your FocusFlow purchase or support request, if applicable.
  2. Use the subject line "FocusFlow Data Deletion Request".
  3. Include your name, device platform, and the email address used for support or app access. Do not include sensitive personal details in the email.
  4. For local-only timer data, delete the app from your device to remove locally stored app data.
  5. We will verify the request and process deletion unless retention is required for legal, security, payment, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Retention notice

Some limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, payment reconciliation, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
