FocusFlow: Productivity Timer is designed to keep focus data private while using only the permissions needed for timers, notifications, premium access, and optional Screen Time controls.
Information we collect
FocusFlow may collect app settings, timer preferences, session history, premium entitlement status, diagnostic information, device push tokens, and support information you choose to send us.
Screen Time and Family Controls
If you enable Screen Time powered features, FocusFlow may use Apple Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity permissions to help block or limit selected apps and websites during focus sessions. These permissions are requested by iOS and remain under your control.
How we use information
We use information to run timers, save preferences, show focus progress, deliver notifications, manage premium access, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve app reliability.
Purchases and subscriptions
Optional premium purchases or subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store. We may receive non-sensitive purchase status information needed to unlock paid features and provide support.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers for app distribution, purchases, diagnostics, notifications, hosting, and support, only as needed to operate the app.
Local data and deletion
Focus session history and preferences may be stored on your device. You can remove local app data by deleting the app from your device. If you contact support, we will process deletion requests for support records or account-linked data where applicable.
